PRIMER 100

PRIMER 100 is a versatile, single-component polyurethane adhesion promoter developed to enhance the bonding of polyurethane elastomers and pure or hybrid polyureas across a wide variety of substrates. Suitable for concrete, metal, wood, asphalt, bituminous membranes, ceramic, and PVC, it offers excellent flexibility with 35% elongation and a low VOC formulation, making it easy and safe to use.

The product is ready to apply and can be used with brushes, rollers, or airless spray equipment. It provides a broad overcoating window, allowing membranes to be applied from 2 to 48 hours after priming, depending on temperature and substrate type. Once applied, PRIMER 100 delivers reliable adhesion and long-lasting performance, even in harsh environmental conditions, with a service temperature range from -30°C to +90°C.
